SKILLED NOMINATED VISA SUBCLASS 190

Tested system- If you are in Australia, this visa allows you to work and study anywhere within Australia. You can move in and out of Australia any number of times within 5 years. And you can live permanently in Australia and even you can encourage your relatives and any of your partners to live here permanently. And you can also include any member of your family in your own application. Under this visa, a person can take full advantage of Australia’s public health care schemes. If you’re eligible, you can still apply for Australian citizenship there.

To apply for this visa, you must

•     have an occupation on the relevant skilled occupation list
•     be nominated for this visa by an Australian state or territory government agency.
•     have a suitable skills assessment for the occupation
•     receive an invitation to apply for this visa
•     have enough points to be eligible to apply
•     be aged under 45 when invited
• Must have at least a competent level of English
