With this visa, the child can

The child can visit Australia any number of times for 5 years from the date of obtaining the visa.

Adopted children

To obtain this visa, an adopted child must be adopted before the child is 18 years old by either parent who was an Australian citizen at the time of the adoption, and not a permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen.

A child adopted by one parent who is under the age of 18, and who was already an Australian citizen at the time of the adoption, a permanent visa holder, or an eligible New Zealand citizen on an adoption visa (subclass 102) may be eligible for.
